Since our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD), the following terms apply to all orders:
Order Verification: Placing an order on our website does not constitute final validation. All orders are subject to a mandatory verification process via phone call or WhatsApp by our customer service team to confirm sizes, availability, and delivery address.
Cancellation of Unverified Orders: If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours of placing the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order automatically.
Commitment to Accept Delivery: By confirming your order with our team over the phone/WhatsApp, you legally commit to accepting the parcel and paying the total balance due in cash to the delivery agent upon arrival. Refusing delivery without a valid justification may result in your information being blacklisted from future purchases on our website.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our men's apparel that appear at the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
Size Guide: Men's clothing cuts (such as Slim Fit, Regular Fit, or Oversized) can vary. Customers are strongly advised to check the Size Guide provided on each product page before submitting an order.
